More than 60 college and university students registered for the first ever creative hackathon organised by Berta&Agency, out of which only 5 teams made it to the final event.




We had to finish a real-world task for the worldwide parcel company Venipak in a short amount of time and pitch it live to the jury members.


Despite the time constraints, we were able to come up with the original idea that gave us the selling point and a win.


Our creative idea was to compare the most difficult, low-paying, or inflexible professions with courier work from a negative standpoint, known as halo effect.


For example – Comparing a courier job to a skyscraper cleaner: You think that a courier’s job is not flexible?
